Nunnington is a thriving village located in close proximity to Helmsley and within the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, through which the River Rye runs.  The Estate is approximately 2400ac incorporating Farms, Woodland, Commercial’ Residential and Holiday properties. 

Nunnington Estate has been stewarded by the Clive family since 1839.
